They are a way of cleaning windows from ground level reducing the need of ladders and reducing risk and avioding injury. So much so the government have issued tougher health and safety guidlines regarding ladders for the traditional window cleaner. This means we can also clean in most weather conditions compared to using ladders.

Yes we use purified water using our advanced 4-stage Reverse Osmosis and De-ionized filter system. Pure water has no added detergents or soap, so no dirt can cling on the windows while drying with no smears at all for crystal clean windows. This can also be used on facia's, conservatorys, frames, sills and doors.

Water fed poles can reach up to 65ft for commercial cleaning and 25ft for domestic cleaning. The water fed poles can also reach other places that a traditional cleaner could not get to.

Basically rain water is purified water so it has no effect on our cleaning methods, we offer a rain guarantee meaning that if you are not happy, we will come back and correct the clean for free.

Answer:

DO NOT DRY the windows they will dry naturally on their own fine. This will be smear free, if you dry them yourself you will get smears. I know this will seem strange at first but trust me you will get crystal clean windows.

Yes by all means this is possible, just let me know what you need and this will be added to your usual price after a free quote in person.

This is not a problem at all, i accept payments using GoCardless which is hassle free. It is direct debit but only after i have cleaned and you have been invoiced do you pay. Payment will come out 2-3 days after paying via GoCardless.

I will email and text you the day before i clean your property, i will also email you an invoice after i have cleaned your property. On request or if you prefer i will send a photo to prove i have been to your property.

It may take 2-3 cleans to get the perfect result, this is due to leaching. This can be down to previous cleaning methods or from trickle vents, beading and heavily soiled frames. However after this your property will be perfect after each clean helping maintain your property saving money in the long term.

We will quote you in person and base everything on the services you are after and your property.

We will clean your property every 4 or 8 weeks, the system is that good you will normally not need less than 8 weeks between cleans depending on where you live. However if you do need more regular cleans then please let us know.

Yes we have public liability insurance which is not required by law! This means we are both covered should any accidents happen.

Our payment methods are cash, BACS, GoCardless and even contactless with our card reader. For BAC's Account Number: 15137876 Sort Code: 07-01-16. Our Worldpay card reader uses chip and pin, swipe and contactless accepting Mastercard credit and debit cards, Maestro, Visa credit and debit cards, American Express, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing and PayPal. We can also take payment over the phone!
