The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Robert Cone and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Advertising and Sponsorships
We do not accept paid advertisements or sponsorships on this Site.
Payment Policy
Full payment must be received within 7 days of the invoice date (unless otherwise stated). If you fail to do this, your account and services may be suspended until such time as the arrears have been settled. If you are still owing by the next clean we will not turn up and may swap your place with a new customer. Payment methods accepted are GoCardless, Bacs, Contactless.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be carried out at our discretion after all means to resolve the situation have been exhausted first.
Guarantees
For cover under our customer satisfaction guarantee/Rain guarantee you must register your complaint within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will then correct our work free of charge. Complaints after this 24-hour period will be dealt with at our discretion.
Cleaning Services
Unless otherwise stated, all windows will be cleaned. Although, if we deem certain windows inaccessible or unsafe to clean, we will not clean them.
We will operate in all weather conditions excluding very heavy rain, wind speeds over 30mph and electrical storms.
We accept no liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects, or conditions at your property/premises, such as, but not limited to, ill-fitting windows, doors, fascia’s, guttering, window/conservatory trims, unsecured windows and doors, leaking seals, decorative bars stuck on glass, rotting frames, flaking paint, open/broken trickle vents, etc.
Right to Change Terms and Conditions
Crystal Clean Windows reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
