We don't just clean the glass; frames and sills are cleaned every time. Plus, if it rains soon after your clean and you're not satisfied, simply call us for a free re-clean.

The water that we use

The water that we use is called pure water (purified water) containing no total dissolved solids (TDS) unlike our tap water. This leaves behind no smears or hard water stains on the glass at all and there are no additives, all just water.

Pure Water

How we make pure water is by using reverse osmosis (RO) and deionisation (DI), this process removes the TDS from the tap water.

TDS levels

TDS levels in the tap water are at 260 parts per million (PPM) as we are in a hard water area, after RO/DI the TDS levels are 000 PPM!

Rain Water

Rain water has very low TDS levels so is classed as soft water. This will not interfere with how the pure water works to clean your windows.

Work From The Ground

Water fed poles allow us to work from the ground to safely reach the windows. We can access windows over conservatory roof etc.

No Additives

With purified water there are no additives used or any soaps, so no film is left on the glass. Keeps windows clean for longer.

We can clean in most weather conditions

Rain water does not interfere with pure water as it is so soft. If your windows are clean rain water will dry the same as pure water.

Frequency

Water fed pole keeps your windows clean for up to 8 weeks, depending on your surroundings you may need more frequent such as 4 weekly cleans.

Internal Windows

We also can clean the internal windows for you, saving you time and hassle. If you are interested then please get in touch.

Frames and Sills

When cleaning the windows this will also include cleaning the frames and sills. If you are not satisfied then we ask you to please get in touch.

Windows Left Wet

The windows will be left wet, this is normal and please just trust the water to dry naturally without and smears or stains.

Scrubbing Windows

Pure water will be coming out of the brush while we scrub the windows clean, this water will contain the agitated dirt and grime from the windows surfaces.

Rinsing Windows

Once the windows have benn scrubbed clean, we use pure water to rinse the contaminated water off the windows. This water will dry spot free.
